KCITE Training "Hands On Traffic Signals" :

A rare opportunity to play with the actual equipment and see what happens. Can you make the controller do what you want? Fifteen controllers will be available for participants to practice with. Can you do coordination? Can you do free plans? Will it work?

If you want to know these things then come join us and get the opportunity to try what you always wondered about with no risk.

The focus this year will be on Traffic Signal Controller details.  We will start with phasing, ring structure, definitions and then go into hands on controller programming.  By the end of the class each student will program the controller to run a coordination plan by TOD.

Traffic Control Corporation (TCC) has graciously offered to to provide time and equipment for you "play" with at no risk to the public. Dave MacDonald of TCC and Tom Evans will team together and provide you a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with the equipment that exists in the field. Participation will be limited to the first 30 registrants, so sign up early to ensure you have a seat.
